I enjoyed very much the experience of this class. As I reflect, and just as the last class, my only regret is one cannot dedicate more time to researching and absorbing all these concepts, but take console in the knowledge even after finishing this program I will still be growing on the concepts learned in this class. Some assignments, I confess, were done to less than my intentions, because of lack of time or energy to finish them. Here are some takeaways from our assignments and discussions.
In assignment 1.1, our first discussion, we explored the three questions: who are you, what do you do, and why does it matter? Then on the same week, in assignment 1:Brand you, we developed a statement to convey those attributes of our personal brand. We also learned from AI and used it to help in that statement. Then we defined brand key points and differentiation in our next discussion, 2.1 on week two. In the same week on assignment 2.2 we learned to create a PechaKucha style presentation to identify human personality traits in our brand and compare and relate to a human character, be it real or fictitious. Our next discussion, 3.1, enlightened me on the wonderful world of archetypes, a subject I had previously encountered in my dwellings but failed to connect with it at the moment. Last, and most importantly, on our last week we engaged on a meaningful discussion on brand experience on assignment 4.1 and then a wonderful exploration that resulted in a comprehensive brand Strategy plan in assignment 4.3: Brand Strategy. This research, which took me almost twelve hours, provided an amazing expansion of concepts and tools that will certainly help the brand, leaving me with a profound sense of gratitude. This is exactly what I signed up for in this program. Thank you, Full Sail.
